Ångfartygs Ab Alfa (Lundqvist Rederierna), Mariehamn. 2002.5.1: laid up Mariehamn. 2002.12.31: left Mariehamn for Dalhousie, Nova Scotia, where loaded paper for England. 2003.1.23: main engine failure 46 54 7 N / 46 50 9 W, the crew of 17 abandoned the ship and were rescued by Canadian Coast Guard helicopter. The ship was towed to St. John's. Sold to Star Line (Burry Group)
